1. Payor (Parent with less parenting time usually)
2. Custodial Parent (Parent who has most parenting time)
3. Payor’s Other Obligations (Child Support actually paid for other children ordered by a court prior to this matter)
4. Custodial Parent’s Other Obligations (Child Support actually paid for other children ordered by a court prior to this matter)
5. Number of Children (shared by the Payor and Custodial Parent)
6. Childcare Costs paid for child(ren) shared by the Payor and Custodial Parent
7. Health Insurance Costs paid for child(ren) shared by the Payor and Custodial Parent
